 to bring their deposits on Wednesdays. Minimum deposits of $0.25 will be accepted!

If you are new to Livsey School, we welcome you to visit our “Bank”. All Students
are invited to open an account with us! Due to banking regulations, we have to have a parent
 on the account with the child.

If your child would like to open an account, please print this form and fill it out.

These accounts earn interest, just as those opened in our bank offices and are 
governed by Federal Regulations. Deposits and withdrawals can also be made at
any of our bank locations. NO WITHDRAWALS ARE ALLOWED AT LIVSEY SCHOOL – DEPOSITS ONLY!

 be open every Wednesday at 8:30 AM unless you are notified otherwise by the school.
